Hi, I have configured Call Pickup in the call manager version 5.1. The CallPickup work succesfull beetween internal numbers, but when the phone receive a external incoming call the pickup dont work.

Check the GW Calling Serch Space, the Pickup number partition should be part of that Calling Search Space.
