pilot number and hunt group

Do we have to create webattendant console user in order to pilot number and hunt group work? We set up pilot number and hunt group purely for ip phones, it didn't work. Version 3.12c. Any idea?

The WEB attendant console user is only needed for the Attendant Console but, you must create a user with id 'ac' from the CCM user administration page. Enable CTI use for this user and use 12345 as password. After this you must associate the pilot point to this user. Also check that the TCD service is running.

BTW thanks Cisco for giving us more work.......(associating pilotpoints by hand after inserting a huntgroup...)
