Pilot Point going to Voice Mail

We have a weird situation with 6 phones in hunt group. The pilot point is called and it goes through all the phones correctly. When the call gets to the last phone, instead of going to voicemail it jumps back to the main greeting of the corp directory. The line is set up with v-mail and the display says it is transferring to voicemail but it dumps it out to the main greeting. Anyone have any ideas??

i would check your CCM trace and see waht number is being sent to the voicemail platform. Example: ext 755 is the last member of group and its configured to go to VM on no answer and be placed into VM box 755. However, when the call is actually delivered it may be sending the Pilot Point number to the VM system (not the 755 number) and then, since the VM box for the pilot point doesn't exist it may just get dumped to your main greeting.
