We have two 3.09 Call Managers deployed Using Pilot Points receiving an average of 100 calls per hour at some peak periods. Once in a while the Pilot point locks up, and the number will ring busy. Sometimes we can reset the telephony dispatcher in the control center and it frees up, but most of the time we have to reboot the server. Anyone else run into this??

There are several known bugs in 3.09 (check the release notes on CCO). This may be one of them. I have my customers on 3.010 and they are not experiencing this problem.

I have a similar issue on 3.0(10) where we have to stop/start the TCD to workaround. I have a TAC case but no fix as yet
