Customer running CM v3.3.3 has users that are trying to use PINs that start with 0. From either the ccmadmin or ccmuser page you can change the PIN to one that starts with 0 and not get any errors. The problem arises when you try to use the new PIN for Extension Mobility, or to get back to the ccmuser page you get an authorization error. Easy enough fix, don't use it, but customer wants it in writing from Cisco and I have not been able to find anything stating limitations other that it must be between 5 and 9 digits.
