Play audio file to IP Phone

Hi, this time i have another issue to need your help. I'm trying to develop a new service that play an audio file to user. If that's mp3 file, it's great.

You can transmit MP3 is G.711.ULAW from your server and use RTPRx URI on the phone to listen to it.

the only freely available app out there is the g.711 streamer I have posted in this forum.. a search will turn it up. There's strictly no documentation available - those that have apps that do it all and are easy to use want to make money with it.
