play prompt to called Contact for IPCC

Does anyone know how to call a contact from IPCC then play a prompt and then connect a caller who initiated the script.

We really need to play the prompt to the called party not to the calling party

Yes. When you use the Place Call step you will be creating a new contact (The called party). Then, in the successful branch of the Place Call step you can use the Play Prompt step, to play the prompt make sure to change the triggering contact to the new contact created by the Place Call step.

Create two variables

1. NewContactPrompt

2. NewContact

Start

Accept

Place Call

- Successfull

- Play Prompt (Triggering Contact = NewContact, Prompt = NewContactPrompt)
