Please help : attendant console : is it possible to import speed-dial entri

Hello,

A client would like to import 10 speed-dial groups of 100 speed-dial entries in the 2 attendant console applications.

Does anyone know if I can import them starting with a text file.

Any help is much appreciated !!!

It would appear that the speed dial information is stored somewhere in SQL. At least that is where the Attendant ID's are stored, and I doesn't look like the speed dial info is stored locally. But as to where in SQL it is and how you might access it, I don't know.
