Please help me to solve Callmanager upgrade problem!~!
I want to upgrade the callmanager from 3.2(2c) to 3.3(3). I have found an Upgrade note from cisco web site. According to step by step, I have upgraded the Publisher. However, I have met the trouble to upgrade the subscriber. I have completed the step to install the OS in the Subscriber. But the process stopped to install the callmanager program. I see the process stop during installing the Cisco directory. The server does not have any response again.
I don't know what problem occurs. Do you haver any suggestion ????
