Polirity revers problem on 1760-v

I have a 1760-v with 12.2(13)T ios version. I am collecting CDR for billing purpose. All the FXOs are connected to GSM network through tellulars. The tellular is capable of providing the polirity reverse. But my cisco box starts billing when the ringing starts. how can I solve this ??
