I'm having an issue where my CVTA Phone can call a Polycom Viewstation, get video, etc, but the Viewstation cannot call the IP Phone. Viewstation is registered with the same Gatekeeper that I have a GK-controlled Call Mgr trunk. This is probably a Polycom issue because I can register a NetMeeting client to the same gatekeeper and can call in both directions to both a CVTA IP Phone and the Polycom.
IP Phone and GK-Trunk are in the same DevicePool.
Does anyone know of any special settings for Polycom? Thanks.
All calls here are made using the remote IP address; you can also use E.164 numbers if using a gatekeeper to make video calls. Under the main screen, type in the IP address for remote polycom, then select the compression speed; this should match up to what you have set as default on the remote side.
