Polycom phone on 6624 analog blade

Can anyone tell me why I am getting erroneous calls and or no call going through when I am using a Polycom Soundstation analog Spider phone connected to a port on a 6624 analog blade in a 6509? A regular analog phone works perfectly fine on this same port.

Have you tried plugging the Polycom device directly into a POTS line to see if you experience the same issues.
