We recently upgraded our 2 CCM clusters to 4.1.3. Now we have poor voice quality on local calls. Clipping, cut outs, dead air. Everything was fine before the upgrade.
3545 Router:c3745-ipvoice-mz.123-14.T5.bin
Local PSTN connection PRI to DMS-100
7960 firmware version P00307020300
Has anyone else seen this issue after an upgrade?

I have the same problems after the installation of CCM 4.1.3sr3. I have problems such clipping, cut outs, dead air.

Same here... on 4.1.3sr1...

Yes i am also facing the same problem
after upgrading Cisco CallManager4.0 to 4.1(2) voice quality started degrading
