Poor Man's Hunt group not working

Just playing around with your poor man hunt group suggestions from your Audio Text doc. in the lab, but can't get it to work. I get into the callhandler, but when the alternate transfer rule detects from the switch (CCM) that the first phone is busy (via a supervised x-fer), Unity says it's busy and does not continue on to the alternate greeting rule (where I have it "attempting" x-fer" to the next call handler). It just goes to the mailbox of the owner???..which is the example administrator??? Running 4.0.3

Re: Poor Man's Hunt group not working

not sure what would be going wrong without looking at your system - I use this type of "call handler chaining" fairly regularly. The only thing I can think of is you need to activate your alternate greeting to make sure that's the one being executed - my best guess is the greeting rule being acted on is not the one you're looking at and it's defaulting to taking a message instead of doing the after greting action of going to the next handler in the chain.
