We are receiving poor MOH streaming audio quality. We're using G.729 compression over our dedicated T1s between our to office locations. The MOH is being generated from a far-side ACD. The quality sounds like the volume is too high and is distorting the overall sound quality. We are using a AS5300 VG at the far side location. Could the be caused from the G.729 compression?
