Port 1not resetting

Customer is experiencing troubles with Port 1 of their Unity system. Unity 2.4.6.102 and we just upgraded their TSP to 1.0.0.32. Their CCM is 3.0(9). We'll probably need some more information to determine why port 1 is doing this. Unfortunately, there really isn't just one cause and effect scenario for ports locking.

Are there any corresponding event log errors?
What does a caller hear if they call port 1? Re-order? Permanent ring-back?
What are the port capabilities set in the Unity SA for port 1?

We might need to set traces on the system.
