I have a service call for a client with not much current detail except for that they are currently running UNITY 3.1(2). The description I recieved was that there is
Unity port lockup and incoming PSTN voicemail messages are to low to hear. Internal voicemails are ok. Can it be TSP for PortLockup? And Volume AGC settings? Can anyone throw some ideas out there regarding these 2 issues.
