When users are retrieving vm from within vmo (outlook) are they using a port?<br><br>I was under the impression that no - they did not. However, I am hearing conflicting information.<br><br>Thanks,<br><br>Paul.<br><br>
If they're using their local media devices (i.e. speakers and microphones) to listen to/record messages from outlook then there's no port usage going on. If they're using TRAP (telephone record and playback) then a port on the Unity server is being used to dial your phone to act as a media device.
