I upgraded call manager to 3.1.1 and then I no longer had connectivity to unity.<br>I have been unable to get new voice mail ports to register <br><br>

Which TSP are you using? Which version of Unity?

Among other things, the skinny device type that Unity registers into CallManager changed from CCM 3.0 to 3.1. If you are running a 1.x.x.x version of the TSP, it won't work right.
