Positive/Negetive Jitter Values

Guys,

need little suggestion; for a lay man how can we define the Positive and Negetive Values of Jitter calcultaed by RTR Responders.

Also what would be the acceptable limit of Jitter for an efficient call.

Industry standard jitter value for any direction is any value under 30ms.
