Post-Installation Documentation

I am looking for a 'slick' report or method to document a Unity installation. We recommend customers to create a change control book for documenting the server configuration. Can anyone recommend a method of putting together this type of server configuration information ?

If you're looking for a way to record the settings on each page in the Unity SA, you can print out these worksheets:

I am looking for more of a solution like "ART" that is available for call manager.

I also tried to create some crystal reports using the tools included in Unity but cant get the documentation that I want.

Right now I am using the DUMP tools and creating a report manually.

I'm not familiar with CallManager's "ART", but I do know that we don't provide any docs for creating custom reports using crystal reports. So your manual process is the only way to go for now.
