Practical Limit on Number of ccadmin Users?

Is there a practical limit as to the number of simultaneous ccmadmin users making changes from different desktops? I have a 20+ site centralized design on the boards which is a single enterprise but will not have centralized ccmadmin management. The customer wants each site to maintain their own elements in CallManager.

Real world it seems to me once you get past 3 simultaneous users ccmadmin has on occasion starte behaving oddly, at least back on 3.3(x).

I haven't come across a definitive answer, but there is the note below in the CallManager Administration Guide for 4.1(3).

"Simultaneous logon to Cisco CallManager Administration by a large number of users can cause web page performance to suffer. Try to limit the number of users and administrators that are logged on simultaneously."

Hope this helps.
