Hi all-
A relatively simple request/question for you lot.

Our janitorial department receives many non-English speaking phone calls. Most calls go through to VM. How would I setup a tree that allows a message in english and then the option to press 2 for a spanish recording? (All messages will end up in the same mailbox, I'm just trying to accomodate all callers)

Thanks!
Alex

IS/IT Administrator
Maguire Partners
555 W. 5th St. Ste. 5000
Los Angeles CA 90013
If you have a mutli-lingual system with both English & Spanish prompts installed, you can set the language for specific call handlers. This will play all the system prompts in the appropriate language.
If you're just trying to provide a Spanish greeting without the full language set, you can create a call handler, point a key to it in the User Input section of your opening box, and offer this menu choice in Spanish as part of the greeting. Then record a Spanish greeting for the call handler, set it to take a message, and make the message recipient the person you want to get all the messages.
