Press 5 to forward message during playback

We are listening to our message, we want to press 5 to forward during the message playback. Currently it only allows us to forward before or after the message. Can this be changed?<br><br>

thanks Jeff, It was the same question as Brad's.
The main problem we have with the user's, it's confusing to them to have the same key, perform different functions, depending on what your listening to. The #4 & #5 works & we'll use it for now.
