PRI Switch type and protocol

Telus told us that their ISDN switch is 5ESS but running protocol NI2.

My quesion here is:

For 3725 router: should I set isdn switch type 5ESS or NI(there is no NI2 on the router)

For 6608 PRI module, obviously nothing can be configured on the card. But on CCM there is a PRI protocol type field, I think NI2 will be good to fit here.

Any comment?

Primary NI should be OK if the telco says it is using NI2. NI2 on the CCM is OK as well.

One of the sites the switch is DMS500 and running NI2. I configure router and CCM with switch type and protocol NI2, however calls to iPphone drops as soon as IP phone user pick the phone( phone rings).Everything else is OK. I change the switch type and protocol to DMS100 on router and switch, this issue fixed. Telco has no idea why their NI2 didn't work. Anybody has this experience?
