Print to Mail with VMO

Jeff,<br>Is there a method of installing the VMO client without the automatic installation of the Print-to-Mail (i.e., ActiveFax) driver? Possibly a switch in a command line entry? Since we don't use the ActiveFax option, the addition of the Print-to-Mail driver has caused numerous questions and concerns.<br><br>

No, it gets dumped on there regardless. It can be removed, of course, but it really shouldn't cause any problems. It's just a print driver. What concerns have come up? People just getting rattled because they don't know what it is?

Actually, seeing another printer has been of some concern, however the bigger issue we've seen is with regards to Yamaha Audio drivers. We have run into problems with the VMO install stopping at the step where the LFax is installed; the process freezes. That's why I inquired about skipping this step. Through long hours of troubleshooting we found that if we remove the Yamaha drivers, the install proceeds flawlessly. Don't know if you've run into this before and I don't have the exact Yamaha info at this moment but any ideas would be appreciated.

First I've heard of it...

I'll report it to the Interstar guys and see what they have to say.
