Problem after upgrading from CRS 3.02 to 3.03

After upgrading to 3.03, I can no longer login to the web based Application Administrator. I get the following message:

Unauthorized

Please try again. You failed to authenticate yourself while requesting a document that requires authentication. Please use the browsers back button to go back to the login page.

A very similar problem is found in the known bugs which can be searched on the www.cisco.com BugTool kit. THe bug ID is CSCea77553. This bug has been fixed and the solution to it in brief is, you need to

1. Login to CCM DCD

2. Then go to systemProfile under CCN ou

3. select properties of System Profile on right-hand side window

4. Then on the CCM Configuration tab, look for "User Search Attribute" value. If its empty, just add "mail" and click OK.

For more details on this, you could refer to the bug details in the bug Tool kit. HOpe this solves the issue.
