After you change the URL Idle Time under the CCM Enterprise perameters, it doesn't get distributed to the phone settings. The phone Idle Time always says 0 and does not allow you to remove the value, only change it. It should let you remove the 0 (which disables the feature), and then default back to the Enterprise setting for URL Idle Time. Is this a known issue to anyone?

This is a problem that was just filed as a bug.
The request has been submitted to have the web page allow a null value for the phone's Idle Timer, so that the Enterprise Parameters Idle Timer will be used.
In the meantime, the workaround is to configure the desired Idle Timer on each phone. This can be done by hand for each device, or you can use BAT 4.2 I believe and Modify Phones to perform this action.
