I have a somewhat strange problem. I am testing the new 7920 phones. For the most part it works great. I can make calls to other people internally and externall. Internal people can call me. However people dialing in are not able to contact me. The message they get is that the number is not in service.
Are you using DID, or are they dialing a main number and then your extension? Do you have the phone paired to yourself in ccm? When you search for the phone in ccm do you see it as registered or unknown? What version of ccm are you running?
