I have an equipment Cisco TIES 186. which does not have telefonica tone in ports FXS, this is normal?.....or I must make changes in the equipment so that it works
You need to configure a UID first on the ATA, otherwise you will not get dialtone.
Go to the web browser configuration page, and configure a uid for each port.
