I have a call handler setup as extension 5481. In Call Manager (3.1(3a)) I created a 7960 phone and added a line 5481 and forwarded all to unity at extension 5300. When I dial extension 5481 I am transfered to call handler and everything is good. However, if I forward a different phone line (3200) to 5481 and I then dial 3200, instead of getting the call handler, I get a message that says "Sorry, (mailbox name) is busy or does not answer..." I also tried this by making 5481 a CTI route point, but get same thing.<br><br>What am I doing wrong?
