Problem in CM forwarding Call to Unity Voice Mail server
The CM is not forwarding the calls on busy/no answer to the Unity Voice Mail server, after the CM server is rebooted, this problem is resolved, this has again happened, during this problem period, if we dial the voice mail box number directly, we are able to get into our voice mail box. The problem will not get resolved if we reboot the Unity Server.
