problem on call manager simulator

I'm a newbie of IPT phone services development. I've downloaded SDK, However, can I develop my service without IP Phone and Call Manager? (Because they are in my office, and I want to try at home).

I've found the SDK included a CallManager Simulator, do anyone know how to setup? also how I can browse my services?

The CallManager Simulator is a bit dated, and if you are new to IP Phone development, you should probably not look to it to be the simulated development environment you are looking for. The first step is to get familiar with all aspects of service development first, and you should accomplish this at the office. Once you are comfortable with this, then take your IP Phone home, and you may be able to utilize the CallManager Simulator for "some" of your development, by connecting your IP Phone directly to your laptop.
