Problem rerunning Configuration setup

Upgraded to 3.15, needed to remove Unity Configuration from add/remove programs first, to get by a problem. Now, post upgrade, trying to rerun configuration setup, but username and domain are grayed out, only password field is available, putting anthing in password field grays out Next button. Leaving password field blank produces bad username/password message. Any ideas how to get around this?

Just a couple of questions:

1) What mail store is the Unity server connected to? E55? E2K?

2) What problem was the uninstall trying to get around?

Working the case with TAC, but it was off box Ex2K, problem was setup for 3.15 install would hang, not getting past Please wait while setup upgrades your version.
