Problem to transfer calls from asistance desk

I have problem to tranfers incoming calls that is receive on ip phone on asistance desk, when she pick a incoming call and try to transfer the call is droped, but it's OK to transfer on out goin calls.

We use CCM4.1.2 and use the range 1XXX for intercom call

This can happen when Attendant console version is not compatible with CCM. Restart TCD service. Sometimes AC could not be able to log.
