I upgraded my CallManager publisher from 3.1.4b to 3.3.3 sr 2. I then upgraded my subscriber. However the subscriber seem to take a long time to finish the upgrade. Is upgrading to service release 2 a bad idea?
No, its rather good to have 3.3 version. There are lot many features in 3.3 compared to 3.1. There is no harm if it takes more time for upgrade , as long as there are no errors in the upgrade process.
