I am having a problem using cisco ata 186 on net2phone services. I am unable to get the dial tone, frequently. When i change the sipreginterval value and reset the page, i get the dial tone. After sometime, its again no dial tone. then i repeat the same procedure and reload the page, i get the dial tone. kindly suggest me what to do.

There was a bug CSCdv42564 related to SIP registration in earlier ATA releases. May be this could be causing the problem. This has been resolved in Cisco ATA 186 Release 2.12. So upgrading it to release 2.12 would help you solve this issue. But before that you could check the following documents:
