Problem with CCM 4.1.3 sr3a with unity 4.0.5 Voice Mail Ports

I have CCM ver: 4.1.3sr3a recently upgrated from 3.3, also using Unity 4.0.5

After the CM upgrade upgrated whenever we press the Message key on the phones some time it rings twice before it asks for password, It does not happens always.

I have reseted all 16 ports; however the problem still exists.

Any Sugesstions ?

What is the TSP version on Unity? Try upgrading to TSP Version 8.2, if it is not already.

Use the Unity Telephony Intergration Monitor tool from the Unity tools depot and check the properties.

Hi Zulfi,

look at the port status monitor and paste the call flow after you press message key.. i think someone must have played with configuration also in call viewer watch it should be direct call which should hit direct rule ..
