Problem with external message delivery

Unity 3.1.5, Call Manager 3.x, Exchange 2000, Unified messaging. Internal messages, from subscriber to subscriber, are being delivered correctly. When a message is left from an external caller the messages stay on the Unity serer in the MTA folder.

Anyone have any ideas why or how to remedy this problem.

Do you have any error messages in the event log? Check for URM errors...

There are messages stating that UMR messages will not be delivered. There are also DOH login failures.

Can you post the text of the error messages showing up?
