Problem with Fowarding Calls to mobile in UK

Hi all,

We are experiencing problems when we try to forward directory number on our IP Phones to our mobile number. Attached is a isdn q931 debug showing a call coming into IP Phone extension 7563 which is than forwarded to mobile # 07962354000.

I've read in other post that the calls should not Plan: ISDN and Type: National in UK. I wonder if this is part of the problem. FYI - this is a H323 GW.

When calling the mobile directly from a phone the call goes through no problem.

Any ideas to what may be causing this issue?

Hi,

from what I see, for one you should certainly correct so that even on forwarded calls the calling number is subscriber and not original cell. I'm unable to do that, other can help for the CM

However, it seems to me that the calls gets disconnected by the router (or CM) for no apparent reason, after the exachange of PROGRESS messages.
