Problem with inbound PSTN calls

Hy,

sometimes I have a problem with inbound PSTN calls.

SCENARIO: PSTN phone call the Cisco IP phone via H323 Gateway

PROBLEM: The Cisco IP Phone hang-up but doesn't listen the audio. The PSTN phone continue to listen the ringback tone also when the IP Phone hang-up.

In the CCM trace (the trace are set to ERROR) I see some error but I can't find information about it.

Re: Problem with inbound PSTN calls

Is your connection to the PSTN through an FXO port. If so, sounds like it could be an FXO disconnect problem. Take a look at the following link.

Understanding FXO Disconnect Problem

Hope this helps. If so, please rate the post.
