Problem with incoming call on AS5300

When the incoming call is coming it take several lines on "IN" and several lines on "OUT". The number of lines which will be taken by this call is variable, and can't be predicted.

Where is the problem? Please help!

The question is not very clear to me but I would suggest you to look for any known bugs against the IOS version that you are using in the Bug toolkit or try someother version of IOS and see if the problem goes off.
