problem with ISDN

I am setting a as5300 with one excel switch, and this isn't working.

I saw :

23:17:00: ISDN Se3:23: RM returned call_type 1 resource type 0 response 2

23:17:00: ISDN Se3:23: INCOMING CALL: VOICE ERROR: Requested circuit/channel not available(0x2C): bchan 0, call id F

I am using the follow setting : ATT-4ess, ESF, B8ZS.

Some body, could help me

Re: problem with ISDN

Use the show isdn service command to verify that Bchannel 0 is ready for a call. Also run debug isdn q931 and make sure the bearercap and channelID are correct and the router can do the cpabilities asked for in the call setup.
