Problem with PLAR line (hotline)

Hi, I install a analog phone with a ATA186 has a autodial phone at the outside of our office (in the lobby elevator). All work well if I'm using a IP Phone directly connect to my switch, but if I'm using an analog phone with a ATA186, the receiver phone ring 2 times. the first time, when the lobby phone goes off-hook and the second time, when the hook goes "on" back.

Do you have an idea of solution ?

I am assuming this was done on a CME platform. If so, can you please post your configuration in this thread?
