Problem with RINGBACK

I have a 2610 with E&M interfaces . I use VOFR . When I make a call from equipment 3600 , with E1 , I don´t receive ringback from 2610 .

I set the next commands in the voice pots :

progress_ind alert enable 8

progress_ind progress enable 8

But , still not function .

Does I need to put which command ?

Troubleshooting no ringback is not trivial, it may be best to open a TAC case to help resolve this issue.
