Problem with SRST config

My SRST on a 2620 is not acting correctly.It is configured with a maximum of 24 ephones and 48 dn's. When I look at "show call-manager-fallback" it says that it will support 6 - 7910's,6 - 7940,6 - 7960's 6 - 7935's. When it does go into SRST mode. Only 6 7940's will register. We don't have 7910's or 7935's at the site. Callmanager is set up with 22 7940's and 2 7960's to go into SRST mode. Is there anyway to modify the number of phones that can be supported for each type. IOS code 12.2.(8T) callmanager 3.2.1

Often times complex configuration issues are best addressed in an interactive session with one of our trained technical assistance engineers. While other forum users may be able to help, it’s often difficult to do so for this type of issue.
