Problems changing TFTP server

Hi all,

We exchange our Callmanager and move the new one in the same VLAN as the phones are.

The Callmanager is not doing DHCP. This service is provided by another server in the environment.

So we changed the option 150 at the DHCP Server to the new value.

But all Phones get the old TFTP-Server address by DHCP.

Whats going wrong?

thanks in advance.

Re: Problems changing TFTP server

Problem solved.

Never use in a callmanager installation the default name CiscoCM1.

IP Phones do have this as default DNS name for the callmanager and you are running in troubles, when exhanging the callmanager and give another name, without checking your DNS entries in your environment.
