Problems in reinstalling agent deskyop

I had unistalled cisco desktop because it was logging me off frequently,

Try to reinsatll and its comes up installig screen and when i select desktop agent and try install , it gives me scren saying that agent desktop is installed. but nothing will be there in program files nor it is installed , please help me
