Problems upgrading a Call Manager

Hi, I try to upgrade a CCM from 3.0.2c to 3.3.3. But I encounter some problems:

* First step: upgrading BIOS and OS with win-OS-Upgrade-k9.2000-2-5.exe and win-OS-Upgrade-k9.2000-2-5sr3.exe ==> no problem

* Second step: upgrade 3.0.2c to 3.0.12. I cannot display the CCM Administrator Home page. IIS service is though started.

* Third step: upgrade 3.0.12 to 3.1.4b (leaving the first problem). The upgrade never ends. After 20 minutes, the remaining time increases (same issue with original CDroms or dowloaded upgrade). But no error message appears.

Could my problems be in correlation?

At the end of the 3.1.4b upgrade, as the operation never ends, I do CTL-alt-del and two errors appear:

1: "error 0x80110414 occured creating a locator object"

2: "error description: automation error. The identity or password set on the application is not valid."
