Problems with Audio Quality on WAN

We have a central site with CallManager 3.1(2c) and a mixture of 7960 and 30VIP,12SP+ phones. We have also a remote branch which connects trhough Frame Relay 256K CIR on the central site. The remote site has only 7960 and 7910 phones which register on the central Call Manager.

We have also a VG200 hardware conference bridge/transcoder on the central office in order for the remote phones to use G729 over the WAN.The problem is that the remote phones experience one way bad voice quality (distorted and clipped voice) even if there is only 1 or 2 calls. I have configured also LLQ on the WAN link for voice priority, but I think the problem is on the VG200. The problem is experienced ONLY at the remote site.

Do you guys know of any bugs with the VG200 hardware transcoder that cause bad voice quality?

Thanks for any help
